Access rights to tools

It may be practical to have an additional Resource tool that only the teacher has access to. The button will then be hidden to students/pupils and could contain different resources that the teacher can use when needed. Here you will see how this is done.

Add the tool:

Then rename and hide the tool for the students:

Furthermore, you can make sure that the students/pupils will not able to upload files, add links, create folders etc. by choosing the following setting on a tool:
